1. 2026 Lunar New Year Notes Exchange Online Reservation Form

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This Online Reservation Form is only open for UOB customers with UOB Debit Card facility and an active UOB Current and/or Savings Account except for UOB staff. 
  2. Online Reservation can be made from 26 January 2026 to 11 February 2026 and is based on first-come-first-served basis. 
  3. The fit-for-gifting notes appointment date is from 4 February 2026 to 13 February 2026 only. 
  4. Collections can only be made at the selected participating branch according to the date and time slot selected. Customers who miss their allocated time slot are required to get a general queue number for the note exchange. 
  5. Customers are only allowed to collect the notes according to the option selected in this Online Reservation Form. For other variance of notes denomination, customers are required to get a general queue number for the said request.
