1. I hereby confirm that I have received, read, understood and agree to be bound by the Privacy Notice issued by United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd ("UOB Malaysia") as may relate to the processing of my/our personal data.
2. I/We hereby expressly agree and consent to UOB Malaysia collecting, retaining, using and disclosing the information that is set out and contained in this form for marketing, promotional and/or cross-selling purposes.
3. UOB Malaysia reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings or any other media records of the even taken before, during and after the event,for event promotion, PR and others.
4. Should you agree to RSVP to this event, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Privacy Notice issued by United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd (UOBM) as may relate to processing and retaining your personal data for Event Registration purpose. In order to facilitate the purpose, you agree and consent that UOBM may disclose your personal data to UOBM's appointed Event Organizer.
5. Acknowledge that whilst reasonable precaution will be taken by the United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd ("the Bank") and/or its agent(s) and staff to ensure my safety, I understand that my participation in the event is at my own risk.
