Dear Valued Customer,
Effective 1 October 2023, the registration and password reset for UOB Online Banking (UOB Personal Internet Banking and the UOB TMRW app) can no longer be performed online.To ensure your banking experience remains safe and secure, these services are now available only via our ATMs or UOB branches nationwide.
Option 1: Use any UOB ATM (Available daily: 6.00 am – 12.00 midnight)
To Register for UOB Online Banking:
- Visit any UOB ATM.
- Select the ATM menu based on your card:
- Credit Card: Select ATM Services and enter PIN. Then select: Others > Online Banking Registration / Password Reset > Online Banking Registration
- Debit Card: Enter PIN. Then select: Others > Others > Online Banking Registration / Password Reset > Online Banking Registration
- Create an 8-digit temporary password (numbers only) and re-enter to confirm.
- Enter your Malaysian or Singapore mobile number. For example:
- MY: 01X1234567
- SG: 6512345678 (including country code)
- Acknowledge the message shown on the ATM screen to continue.
- Collect the ATM slip. Your temporary username will be printed on it.
- Download and log in to UOB TMRW app using the temporary username and the 8-digit numerical password you created at the ATM.
- Complete your registration by changing the username and password. You will need to set up your Secure PIN next, followed by your Secret Word. For a step-by-step video guide, visit uob.my/setup.
To Reset Your Password:
- Visit any UOB ATM.
- Select the ATM menu based on your card:
- Credit Card: Select ATM Services and enter PIN. Then select: Others > Online Banking Registration / Password Reset > Password Reset
- Debit Card: Enter PIN. Then select: Others > Others > Online Banking Registration / Password Reset > Password Reset
- Create an 8-digit temporary password (numbers only) and re-enter to confirm.
- Acknowledge the message shown on the ATM screen to continue.
- Collect the ATM slip. It will show your existing username.
- Log in to UOB Personal Internet Banking or the UOB TMRW app using your existing username and the 8-digit numerical password you created at the ATM.
- You will be prompted to change the password to complete the reset.
Option 2: Visit any UOB Branch (Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am – 4.00 pm)
